Cancellation policies for Boarding, Daycare and Grooming
GROOMING – Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No shows or cancellations that occur same day will be charged 100% of the confirmed or reserved service amount.
DAYCARE – twenty-four (24) hour notice for all Daycare cancellations is required. Cancelling a reservation less than twenty-four (24) hours or no shows will result in your reservation type being charged.
BOARDING – Cancelling a reservation less than seventy-two (72) hours from your arrival time or a no call or no show, will result in a one-night boarding stay for all pets. No added discounts or coupons would apply.
HOLIDAY OFFICE CLOSURES – (No check-ins or check outs)
